President and Executive Producer Eric Conte is a savvy and highly respected broadcast executive with over fifteen years of experience in production and programming. He has a strong background in live events, reality, lifestyle and branded entertainment, with a proven development track record. Eric understands how to cater to a staggeringly broad array of demographics, from baby-boomers to millennials, with an emphasis in music and pop culture.
While serving as Senior Vice President of Programming and Production for MTV2 and mtvU, Eric earned the invaluable experience of his many years as a high level network executive. Eric has won multiple awards for his work and boasts a strong record of establishing successful series, network tent-pole events, and compelling branded content.

Dan Weinreich is a highly talented television producer with over fifteen years of experience in the industry, who brings a wealth of creativity and resourcefulness to every project he undertakes. Dan began his career as a production assistant with MTV in the late 90’s, and quickly rose through the network, due to a strong work ethic and an unrelenting passion for music and pop culture. In the fall of 2000, Dan left MTV to co-create BET's long-running flagship show, 106 and Park.
While there, he developed main-stay segments such as FreestyleFriday, produced A-list celebrity talent on a daily basis and oversaw the daily production through the all-seeing eye of the studio control room. After three years of success at BET, Dan moved on in search of broader production experiences and opportunities.
Consequently, over the past 10 years he has produced a diverse array of programming for television networks such as VH1, ESPN and NBC, among others, as well as working with many top-tier, independent production companies. Since joining Content.23 Media in 2013, Dan has been at the helm of multiple successful productions in broadcast and digital.

Executive in Charge of Production
Lesley Richardson brings 10+years of experience in production management and event logistics, working for clients such as Vice Media and Bravo. As a line producer, Lesley specializes in live events and branded content, overseeing multi-million dollar budgets. She has spearheaded projects for tent-pole events from the MTV Fandom Awards to breakout hits for MTV and MTV2, such as Girl Code and Guy Code.
Lesley has also written and produced digital videos for clients such as Budweiser and multi-media companies such as XO Group.
Lesley has a Master’s degree in TV & Film from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Joe Schiappa is a writer, producer and performer based in New York City
He was the head writer for the 2016 and 2015 MTV Fandom Awards, MTV's New Year's Eve 2015 and the creator of Truth or Dare which premiered in 2014 on MTV(other). His original series "Sport Court," which he created and wrote for IFC's Comedy Crib, premiered in 2017.
He has written for Prank Academy on YouTube RED, MTV's Money for Strangers and Silent Library. He is also the winner of the Sierra Mist Creative Lab. He has worked as a theater director and writer, specializing in developing shows that have gone Off Broadway, to the HBO Comedy Festival in Aspen in 2003 and 2007 and the Strip in Las Vegas. He also performs as one-half of the improv duo Nathan+Joe.
Joe trained with the Second City and Shira Piven of the Piven Theater. He performs all around New York City.
